OUR APPROACH
Assessments are only worth doing if they provide valuable insight into the organization. A total “score” from a generic template may have limited value depending on the organization’s size, mission, priorities, etc. Our assessment doesn't categorize or label your board. Instead, it is designed to feel like a positive and productive process that captures useful feedback to better inform decision-making. The process culminates with a final report and in-person discussion with designated board and staff members.
Features
Anonymity helps incentivize board member honesty.
Questions designed to encourage participation by eliminating head-scratching jargon.
Includes a demographic data section to help the organization better understand its board composition.
Initial survey limited to 15-20 minutes to protect board member time.
Digital questions are answer-responsive so that additional information can be gathered depending on the responses to certain questions.
